Step: 1 Brush the grill
After cleaning the grate, make sure to clean any remaining ash or charcoal. Pour the remaining ashes into metal or non-combustible barrels. Do not use plastic or combustible materials because if the ashes are not completely cooled, they may melt the bucket or cause a fire. After checking to make sure everything has been burnt and cooled down completely, you can proceed accordingly.
Step: 2 Clean the inside of the grill
For every 3-4 chefs, you will need to disassemble the grill and clean the inside of the grill. After burning off all the extras on the grill like all chefs, you can clean the inside after the gas grill has cooled down completely. Remove the grate, flame cleaner ( ceramic tray), and burner covers. Use a grill brush to clean this debris.

How to clean the gas grill burners for better grilling performance
After cooling down completely, follow the steps below to clean the charcoal grill:
- Remove the charcoal tray and empty the remaining charcoal left by the last chef.
- Use the ash tool to tool out the remaining ash.
- Use a wire brush to push the remaining ash into the ash remover.
- Remove the dust collector and dump it out.
- You can also use warm soapy water to clean the inside of the grill and all the debris that has been removed (ash collector, charcoal tray, etc.).

3. Handling the mold
If you turn on the grill and find mold, don’t panic and take it to the side of the road. If cleaned properly, you can recover the grill from the mold! Mold is caused by the moisture and grease in the grill. Do not use detergents or brushes to remove the active mold because you may inhale spores that can cause disease.
